Skills you can expect from our UX Researchers:
- Set up and conduct user research: Designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies, such as interviews, questionnaires and user testing, to gain insight into user behaviour and preferences.
- Analyse data: Collecting and analysing data to gain insights that can inform the design process.
- Develop personas and user scenarios: Creating compelling personas and scenarios that describe the different types of users and their interactions with the product.
- Usability testing: Conducting tests with users, to learn how they interact with a (prototype of a) product and identify areas for improvement.
