Scale your impact by regulating your energy and building psychological safety that ticks
Join us for an online lunch session to dive into the internal side of leading high-performance teams.
Leadership is most effective when we operate from a state of genuine connection with ourselves, our team, and our stakeholders. Creative Empathy for leadership provides us tools to nurture those connections.
Different techniques for different connections
As creative leaders, the responsibility falls on us to create the space for psychological safety to thrive in our team’s culture.
Our connection with ourselves is important to keep us focused and energized. It’s easy to get stuck in survival mode, staying in our heads rather than listening to our bodies. Thankfully, there are science-backed techniques to return to center and regulate our nervous system in high-pressure environments.
Empathic listening enables us to show up with more presence when interacting with our team. A non-judgmental mindset allows us to lead by example, setting the stage for psychological safety to arise organically and sustainably.
In this lunch session we will discuss
